SOMERSET WORKWEAR - RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We operate a simple returns process as outlined below.
To make the returns process as quick as possible all goods being returned must be accompanied by a completed returns form (RMA). This can be obtained by either:

• EMAIL [email protected] with your contact details and web order number if you have it.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
We always endeavor to supply all our workwear and shoes in excellent condition, but if they are found to be faulty, we will replace them at no extra cost to you.
UNWANTED GOODS RETURNS
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis. However, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. Unwanted goods may be returned within 28 days of purchase providing that they are unused and in an ‘as new’ condition. We ask that all returned items are in their original packaging wherever possible and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for the safe return of unwanted goods and the cost of carriage. Once we receive the items, we can then process a refund or an exchange.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
◾ Shoes and Clothing showing obvious wear
◾ Bespoke manufactured workwear
◾ Embroidered clothing
If a refund is required, we will aim to process this promptly within 14 days. Any refund will be applied back to the original method of payment.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory or legal rights.
