Portwest H440 Orange Hi-Vis Rain Jacket

The Portwest H440 Hi-Vis Rain Jacket is designed to keep the wearer visible, protected and dry when working in wet and challenging weather conditions. Combining practical waterproof protection with high-visibility performance, this lightweight rain jacket is ideal for outdoor workers who require dependable weather protection without the bulk of a heavier jacket.

Manufactured from durable 190T polyester plain weave fabric with a PVC coating, the H440 offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance while remaining lightweight and easy to wear. The waterproof construction and taped seams help prevent water penetration, while the PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish encourages water to bead away from the outer surface, helping the garment stay cleaner for longer.

Reflective tape and a bio-motion tape pattern enhance wearer visibility and help improve recognition of the human shape at a distance. A vented back yoke and eyelets provide added breathability and comfort, while inner elasticated cuffs, an adjustable drawcord hood and drawcord hem help create a secure and comfortable fit in poor weather.

Two lower pockets provide convenient storage for everyday essentials, and the lightweight design allows the jacket to be easily rolled up and stored when not required. The H440 can also be paired with the Portwest H441 Hi-Vis Rain Trouser to create a practical high-visibility waterproof suit for demanding outdoor working environments.

Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 and EN 343 Class 3:1 X, the Portwest H440 provides recognised high-visibility and wet-weather protection. The orange version is also compliant with RIS 3279-TOM Issue 2, making it suitable for relevant rail industry applications.
